Archetypal Creation and Planetary Correspondences
of Moses' Eden, namely the archetypal reality containing the "germs" to be cultivated. Only subsequently, as production of the Cosmic Egg, fertilized by the divine Word expressed by the word $\text{AUM}$, occurs the creation of the Unique Spirit as always attested by the Rig Veda: When the mighty Waters came carrying with them the Cosmic Egg or Universal Germ, from which Fire sprang forth, then came into being the Unique Spirit - Rig Veda. Without delving into the mysteries of Creation, we can say that the Spirit of Man in this phase is a mirror of the Divine Word, reflecting the powers that give origin, in archetypal Creation, to centers of radiant force that will then be, at the cosmic level, the planets.
In this state, therefore, natural realities and planets already exist but in a metaphysical state. For example, the Sun in this case is not yet a fiery star, but the hidden center of consciousness from which all spiritual and psychic life emanates. The Moon is not a physical satellite, but rather the generative faculty. Mars is not yet a planet, but the center of consciousness that expresses warrior, affirmative and rigorous Force, while Jupiter instead represents Dominion and Priestly Power. Venus expresses Grace and Beauty, while Mercury represents the Word and the Son.

Table 1: Traditionally all existing things were qualitatively reducible to the 7 fundamental essences expressed by the 7 planets, just as every physical object was reducible to the 7 colors of the chromatic spectrum. The following table reports a series of traditional planetary correspondences between celestial intelligences (i.e., the identified spiritual qualities) and the cosmic centers of irradiation or Planets. A metal was associated with these following "terrestrial astronomy" to which at the individual level corresponded a physical organ, a psychic organ, a color, a state of consciousness and a phase of spiritual transmutation.
All these planets are conceived as planets but are primarily centers of consciousness of the Universal Psyche from which emanate those qualities, those ingredients of which ultimately everything that exists is constituted—from a spiritual point of view—and which are finally found in the psyche of individual individuals. Here is the utility of Astrology as Astrosophy, namely as an analogical key of correspondences. The planets were obviously not intended as small inanimate points in the sky; they corresponded to those spiritual essences of which the entire Cosmos is formed and were in some way their representatives.
Everything that exists, exterior and interior world, psychic world and physical world even up to the spiritual world was reducible in its spiritual qualities to these seven fundamental essences just as everything that exists in the physical world in some way was reducible and associable to the seven fundamental colors of the chromatic spectrum. In this sense the correspondence tables, reproduced in numerous books of hermeticism, were to be understood.

Table 2: Traditionally all existing things were qualitatively reducible to the 7 fundamental essences expressed by the 7 planets, just as every physical object was reducible to the 7 colors of the chromatic spectrum. The following table reports a series of traditional planetary correspondences between zodiacal signs (i.e., planets by domicile), metals, stones, colors and perfumes. They represented a means to catalog the virtues or spiritual forces that were found behind all natural realities. In this process of ascending to metaphysical principles starting from natural realities, the principal instrument used was always the same: analogy, and the main key to guide its passages was astrology.
SYMBOLURGY
COROLLARY OF SYMBOLIC IDENTITY: There exists a permanent psychic relationship between reality and its symbolic representation. The relationship is all the more close the more the representation uniquely identifies the represented reality in relation to all other existing realities.
Every philosophical system is true in the terms in which it is useful for the transmutation of Man. A sterile doctrine is like a cause without effects, that is, illusory. For this reason, knowledge of the metaphysical world is of no use to us if we cannot communicate with it, knowledge of our psyche is of no use to us if we cannot act upon it.
