Moses and Egyptian Mysteries: Initiation and Ancient Traditions

The ever-fertile river of eternal rebirth has always been associated with the cult of Osiris. In the myth, Osiris, depicted green like the regeneration brought by the waters of the Nile, is killed by his brother Seth, expression of telluric forces, and reborn thanks to Isis's power, giving birth to his son Horus, the falcon, whose eye was the Sun. The legendary episode of Moses' birth from the Nile, of the child born from the Waters, identifies Moses as an initiate who has experienced rebirth from water and spirit, that is, initiatic Baptism. Tradition wants Moses as a high priest of Egyptian Mysteries with access to archaic documents preserved in the city of Thebes and referring to the ancient doctrine of Ram. The same Exodus wants Moses as son of Amram $עמרם$, that is of the people, $עם$ 'am, of Ram, ram $רם$, who would have lived up to 137 years. The number 137 gematrically equals the word $קבלה$ qabalah, meaning reception or also tradition. This would indicate Moses as heir of the tradition of Ram's people. Exodus highlights in Jethro $יתרו$ another source in Moses' formation. Jethro, from $יתר$ what remains, on one hand was a Midianite priest, that is heir of Abraham's tradition being Madian the son of Abraham with Keturah, on the other hand was also a king-priest, $כהן$ cohen, Kushite without generation. The absence of generation identifies the impossibility of tracing back to the sources of Jethro's tradition. In this sense, tradition wants Jethro as heir of the initiation of ancient Atlantis preserved after the collapse of this civilization by the black race. Thus, Moses, besides the phases of Egyptian initiation, also passed the phases of Midianite initiation of Jethro, so much as to marry his daughter, that is Zipporah $צפורה$. If in extra-biblical tradition Moses is the Young King, the archiprophet, the strategist commander of Hebrew armies, founder of a new theocracy; in biblical tradition Moses is the Man of God $אישהאלהים$ Aish ha-Elohim, he is the friend with whom God speaks face to face, transformed by God himself into angel $אלהים$ elohim. For the Qumran manuscripts Moses $מושה$ Moshè is the Anointed $משיחו$ Mashiahu. In Moses the three powers of Melchizedek's eternal priesthood, that is the regal, priestly and prophetic power, are enclosed. However, as in the case of Melchizedek, Abraham and Sarah, here too they are manifested specifically expressed in Moses, Aaron and Miriam.
