Evolution. If we want to understand more deeply the action of the Sun on terrestrial evolution and on Humanity, we must thus distinguish the physical and energetic star, that is the solar disc, from the Spirit of the Sun in which the presence of the Creative Word is felt. Similar considerations must be made for all celestial bodies, for which the physical and energetic part is the externalized and visible expression of a spiritual counterpart in which, according to the Christian terminology we adopt, an angelic intelligence acts, the Angel, as Saint Clement of Alexandria synthesizes: "The stars, spiritual bodies under the vigilant governance of angels with whom they are in relationship, are not causes of birth, but can designate the present, future and past realities, regarding changes in climate, abundance and scarcity of fruits, pestilences and fevers, and of men." Although not being causes of birth, the stars influence men, but more precisely the Nations and Humanity as a whole. In this sense we will be interested in analyzing the stellar configurations of some topical moments in the history of Humanity. However, when speaking of Initiatic Astrology, one must keep in mind the maxim that "the stars influence man and man influences the celestial bodies." How a Man can influence the evolution of an entire planet will be the subject of this entire treatise. In particular, we will note how the action of the God-Man Jesus Christ has modified the evolutionary trajectory of Humanity as well as that of the Soul of the World through his very sacrifice according to the way of the King-Priests-Sacrificers, or order of Melchizedek. Initiatic Astrology has nothing to do with common astrology any more than this has to do with astronomy. Thus, the fundamental cycles of Man, which regulate life and consequently individual evolution, are marked by the periodic motions of the Earth-Sun System, such as the day, the year, etc.; to which are added, in a completely secondary way, the derived cyclical rhythms of the other elements of the Solar System. Similarly, the evolution of the Solar System is possible by virtue of the free Energy made available by the Galaxy. For this reason, the fundamental cycles of the Earth are marked by the periodic motions of the Solar System within the Galaxy to which are added, in a completely secondary way, the cyclical motions of the other elements of our Galactic System.
