Understanding Dreams and Subconscious Communication

Dreams are somewhat different. Common ones are driven by that motive I was explaining. From the fact of introspection, of understanding how we are, of getting hints about where we will go after death. Veridical dreams and significant dreams are dreams - when they are dreams, because some experiences, for example, of unfolding, of projection outside ourselves - these are not properly dreams. It can happen that a person encounters a deceased person who is a family member or these situations where the encounter can be real, but the surrounding space is dreamlike. Therefore, the encounter can be real because, for example, that person says something we didn't know and later becomes real. Or it happens that you encounter this person, but the environment is totally dreamlike, it's a production of a dream. But these are special, veridical. Significant dreams are dreams that are the production of a coherent discourse from the subconscious. They are dreams that, when we wake up, we already know that this dream is special, that it has something special, that this dream wanted to tell us something and it's something we should interpret. In this case, it's the subconscious, our other Self, that is, the subconscious Self, that is trying to communicate something with us. It uses its language - it's not Portuguese or Italian - it's the language of symbols. Therefore, it will create a unique, articulated fabric that we feel is important, that we should analyze, interpret. For this, we must train the subconscious. Because, what's the problem? Because dreams are like an organ. That is, until the subconscious doesn't understand that it can communicate with us, or that we interpret the dream and that this is a way of communication with our consciousness, until that point, dreams remain incoherent. That is, it doesn't try to communicate through dreams, but when it understands that we are taking care of the dreams we have, it gradually begins to give us communications. So, to train the subconscious, how can we do it? First, write a dream diary. It's slow, it's a nuisance, but now we can also record. And even if we don't remember anything, we simply describe the emotion we felt, an emotion of incoherence, whatever. But you will see that there are five minutes where the consciousness of the astral body hasn't completely passed to the consciousness of the physical body. Therefore, at this moment, the memory of the astral body is still alive. We can write when we remember dreams because the memory that is in the emotional body passes to the memory of the physical body. And therefore, after five minutes, if we write a dream, we will remember this dream forever. That is, if we don't do this, the dream we had simply won't be remembered. We forget the dream. That's why it's necessary to change the recording of memory that must pass from the astral body to the physical body. It's fundamental to do this process. By doing this process, a stronger connection is established between the physical body and the astral body. Therefore, for a short time, in a few weeks, you will remember many, many details and you will see how dream consciousness works, which is very, very different from normal, daily consciousness, because each thing doesn't simply represent what we see: in the dream state, we can also see the essence of that thing, the history that brought that thing here. And we can change, that is, by describing, you will see how dreams change situation, how they change environment. It's very interesting. Therefore, a Dream Diary is fundamental: in a few weeks it's already possible to greatly expand dream consciousness and remember up to three, four, five previous dreams, because generally we only remember a few seconds. This is the last second of a long chain. Another exercise is to visualize, before falling asleep, a sun that rises. Therefore, when we fall asleep, we should slowly visualize a sun that rises and reaches midday. When we wake up we will visualize the same sun that at midday reaches sunset. Because it's the exchange of consciousness. So a connection is established between the night Self (which is the subconscious) and the day Self (which is the conscious). These two exchange and begin.
