Understanding the Etheric Body, Dreams and Consciousness

etheric, but this body is a bridge between the physical body and the astral body. That is, between our consciousness and the physical body. This etheric or vital body is the one that, at any moment, or when we are awake, creates an energetic bridge that will allow the physical cells to maintain the connection with consciousness. Therefore, all that mechanism we saw, of assimilating vital energy, the globules of vital energies that move in the various energetic channels, all of this is finalized in order to keep consciousness with the astral, mental and spiritual structure connected to the physical body. What happens next? There comes a time, during the course of the day, where external stimuli and stimuli from consciousness are so strong, so exhausting, that this etheric body can no longer make this connection. Then consciousness withdraws. The astral, emotional body, the mental body withdraws from the physical body and the physical body remains connected to the etheric body. There, the etheric body has the possibility to recover and reestablish all connections. What is the problem? The problem is that in the emotional body and in the mental body these bodies are not so developed. Therefore, our consciousness is very, very weak and this Self cannot manifest as will. Voluntary acts when we are sleeping are not possible because this Self is not awake, is not so strong, and then will disappears and memory appears. It leaves space for memory. If we autosuggestion ourselves before sleeping saying I will dream of this place or this event, if we impress with great force, a great force while we are awake, later, in the dream, these things will appear. Why? Because will in dreams is no longer possible, but memory is still there. Therefore, little by little, being the support of the Self very, very weak, what happens is that the psychic forces that are present in the psyche, take control of the situation and appear to consciousness, which cannot change the scenario that these forces manifest. And this is the dream of the first type: the common dream. That is, there are various typologies of dreams and we must distinguish these typologies and know how to generate one and how to generate another. Common dreams are simply incoherent dreams, because they are simply manifestations of the specific psychic forces that are around us. For example, what we live day-to-day is memorized, the forces that dive here into this field of subconsciousness, when the force of the Self weakens, then they manifest more strongly and generate this oneiric activity and are incoherent because they are psychic forces without the censorship of the Self. They are free. Therefore, they are very, very useful because they allow us to understand and analyze what are the forces that are in our subconscious and that generally we cannot see, but that through dreams we can analyze. This is very important because, many times, we don't have this capacity for interiorization, for self-analysis to say what they are and in what spiritual situation we are. But looking at our dreams we already have some fundamental clues. For example, we dream of forests, green meadows, mountains, or cities or twilight situations... It's different. The environment we generate, the place we are resonant with is similar to the place we will find after death. Therefore, it is very important to take great care of our dreams. This means that dreams or oneiric activity (...) sleep is called by the ancients the little death. Why? Because when we die we don't have a specific activity that is controlled or mitigated by the physical body. Why? Because the physical body disintegrates. Then, we are in a similar situation, but stronger than the one we find ourselves in when we fall asleep, when we are sleeping and dreaming. The dream is the tool that the Law of Karma uses to educate us. Why? Because if we, in our life, set some forces in motion, then these forces are around us. And when we die, the Self weakens because we don't yet have these bodies so developed. And these forces manifest as in a mirror - it is the mirror vision. That is, the forces we move in life are like seeds that manifest in the Beyond, that flourish in the Beyond. That is why it is very important in this physical life, while we are still alive, that we can sow the correct seeds, act correctly. Because all those initiatives we take now are those that later flourish in the beyond. Another typology of dream are those dreams that are veridical or are also significant. These are not common dreams. They are
