Near-Death Experience and Afterlife Process: Understanding the Silver Cord and Astral Transition

There is a phenomenology, but the most important thing, what did we see? We saw that here we have life, that is, an external journey and here we have death, that is, the Beyond. We saw that at the moment of passing, we have a physical body, but we also have various energetic bodies: we have a vital body, we have emotions, which are of a more subtle matter, but which are essentially material. So, when we die, the physical part, the physical body disintegrates. The first thing that happens is that consciousness releases itself from the connections with the physical body. Then, the vital body withdraws with the Self, the soul, the emotions, the thoughts, retracts and breaks the connection of the energetic body, of the vital body with the physical body. What is called the silver cord. I don't know if you've heard of it... many of you have already mentioned that you had out-of-body experiences, that is, seeing yourselves outside your own body. In these experiences, in some of these experiences, some people manage to see a connection between the energetic body and the physical body. This connection is obtained through a thread, a gray channel called the silver cord. I don't know if you've heard of the Legend of the Moirai - they were three sisters who had a silver thread and who with the wheel of fortune continued to weave people's lives. There was one of these Moirai who, when she cut the silver thread in this situation, the person died. It's the same thing. This is a historical legend to represent this cutting of the connections of the vital etheric body with the physical body. When this thread breaks, then it's no longer possible to reestablish the connection. We are no longer in an out-of-body experience, that is, in an external projection of the bodies, but we are really in a situation of death. This happens, generally, more or less after 3 days of physical death - generally this time is necessary because many of the experiences, of the memories that we have recorded in physical memory pass through this thread at the moment of death and it happens that consciousness sees, in essence, synthetically, what was its life. I don't know if you had someone who had a very strong accident in which he saw, or had this vision of the mirror, that is, a vision in which quickly, synthetically, he perceives his whole life. I have a friend who used to go - now he's retired -, but he used to climb and once fell from 20 meters high. And he (who didn't study esotericism) at that moment he said: I understood what it means to see all life in an essence because he saw everything in synthesis in the time he fell, but he perceived his whole life, his whole life. This is, essentially, part of this process of the vision of the mirror, that is, reliving in essence the most important moments of life and what happens is that, essentially, these produce a self-judgment of the soul. Because, in the Beyond, after passing, the person remains with... the physical body disintegrates: all the cells, the physical matters return to the essential elements. Therefore, all the cells, the earth, the water return to the essential elements and simply remains the body - what is called the astral body, or energetic, the emotional body and, therefore, the individual remains in the dream state or similar to the dream, where what is outside him is the synthesis of the projection, like an illusion. It's the projection of his conscious and subconscious thoughts; therefore it's similar to a spiritualized dream state. While here the force of gravity is stronger, there that force no longer acts on physical matter - force of gravity of physical matter - and, on the contrary, the force of resonance or the force of affinity is more important. Therefore, the deceased or the people who live in the Beyond join together depending on their evolutionary state, by affinity. Depending on the evolutionary state of each one of us, essentially they meet, they join together (...) - there are 7 billion people - 7 billion different dead, each one is different, they are not all equal, but there are, essentially, some phases. A phase in which the dead must discover, understand the relationship between their previous life and the exterior life, that is, the fact that they are dead and that their thoughts influence the exterior environment of this situation. This can last many years and the dead can also remain disoriented for many years. But in the most difficult moments, a thought, a prayer, for example, or a mass, can help.
