Complete Meditation Phases and Holy Grail Symbolism
Origin for the pearl. Cup: Mystery of the Grail, material of the cup, form, traditions, legends, images. Synthesis: synthesize into some points we are certain about, even three or four words are enough. Example of Thomas on the sword, on the cup for example we know that it corresponds to Knowledge, to Love and to the Graal, therefore also to Royalty and Divine Presence. I must have studied beforehand otherwise these words mean nothing to me. At the end I synthesize an image according to what I want to meditate on. At this point I can move to true knowledge. N.B. This phase is very important because in the absence of this phase or choosing the wrong symbol I obtain non-conforming results. PHASES OF A COMPLETE MEDITATION
